The penthouse has a particularly spacious roof terrace – of course, all flats on each floor have generous terraces from which picturesque panoramas with maximum hours of sunshine are guaranteed. The rooms were planned with a ceiling height of 3.20 metres so that the feel-good factor in all flats is guaranteed thanks to the spaciousness of the room height.
An underground car park for building residents was also planned.
