conversion, properties with potential for redensification (e.g. new building in the courtyard or addition of storeys) - Commercial properties: Land (with and without building rights) for office, hotel, or retail use, properties with partial vacancy for
redevelopment, demolition, or rezoning, properties with structural optimisation potentia - Volume: selective
- Return/factor/price per square metre: No specifications because dependent on individual property condition
