  • Locations: Inner-city and suburban locations; ideally close to public transport.
  • Residential properties: Land (with and without building rights), properties with partial vacancy for refurbishment, demolition, or
    conversion, properties with potential for redensification (e.g. new building in the courtyard or addition of storeys)
  • Commercial properties: Land (with and without building rights) for office, hotel, or retail use, properties with partial vacancy for
    redevelopment, demolition, or rezoning, properties with structural optimisation potentia
  • Volume: selective
  • Return/factor/price per square metre: No specifications because dependent on individual property condition
